Docker images missing ARM architecture builds #5

Images available on Docker repository for running Manifold via docker-compose are only amd64 architecture

ARM processor architecture builds are missing (armv8) and it is hard to build them from source. ARM is very power-efficient allowing implementation of carbon-neutral infrastructures.

I can provide testing.

Moving issue to manifold-tools, which is what handles packaging and release.
