Rename "Learning Objectives or Competencies" to just "Learning Objectives"

Students by the end of the course will be able to ...

~~Use JavaScript with professional syntax~~ Write JavaScript with professional syntax
Identify and define Classes and Objects
Use Loops and conditionals
Design & Implement web games with JS
~~Master the JavaScript Language~~ Demonstrate mastery of the JavaScript language
