Unexpected level of detail for generated contents of changelog #10

The generated content of the changelog follows a very minimal approach only displaying the title of the change. With modern web technology it should be possible to design each of the points collapsible to make it possible to visualise the description as well as a link to the referenced pull requests.

Any opinions on this?
