Add a page to make video-conferences with our class

We could using the Jitsi API which is really powerful. I already tried it in my extension for Ecole Directe, which is making Jitsi rooms from the establishment's name+the class id.

I don't know for this, we are already running out of time to just finish every page we were supposed to do so it may be hard to do this (tell your class to use discord)

What's the point? I think it's mainly the students who use ED+ rather than the teachers, especially as it involves moving an entire school to a third-party site (Ecole Directe Plus), which must surely break the guarantee offered by Charlemagne.

We'll have to see if it's worth the effort.
