Describe the bug
When I try to list event-types on audit, I get an formatter error. It happens with all output options (yaml, json, table...)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

$ mgc audit event-types list
Error: unknown formatter "allowfields"

Expected behavior
The actual output of event-types.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Ubuntu Linux
  • Version v0.28.4
