关于作业二次上传，编辑作业的拖动动作序列和撤销/重做 #327

有人下载作业后直接复制上传，而作业没有举报功能按钮

-要不在下载的json里加一行原作者标识符，上传完点举报时后端核验，不符则删除并警告

编辑作业微调动作序列顺序时，拖动过于灵敏，动一下就到头/尾了

-代码什么的真的不懂啊

编辑作业把最近50次内的调整缓存下来，并实现撤销/重做/历史记录功能

-没错，被灵敏的动作序列逼疯了
-我知道有个每隔一分钟自动保存的，但是这样即时按次数撤销的也是必不可少的
