Describe the bug
Wizardy Enhance can not be cancelled

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Login a Wiz character with 'Wizardry Enhance' skill
Cast 'Wizardry Enhance'
// Icon for wiz enhance must show at the top of screen
Right click icon, then click OK
// Wizardry Enhance not removed

Expected behavior
Wizardry Enhance buff should be removed after clicking OK on the cancel prompt
