• Fixed an issue where low level wild pets could have the wrong breed displayed.
  It turns out that wild pets under level 6 have a 40% penalty to their power stat instead of the 25% power penalty present at all other levels. This should fix issues like the Harpy Youngling showing up with the wrong breed.
• Fixed incorrect packager version being used.
