- Check if you have access to Internet.
- Make sure that it can ping our domain. Open command tool (cmd.exe) and type
ping OUR.SERVER.DOMAIN
. You can get one of our domain by opening NHLGames.exe.Config with Notepad add find theServerList
line, every domain is separated by;
. Set manually the domain that works for you by changing thevalue
of theSelectedServer
line.- Make sure that Windows Defender, your antivirus, your firewall or any other protection tool did not blocked NHLGames or removed app files from NHLGames folder (like NHLGames.exe.Config file)
If you get an error that says Failed to initialize NHLGames.exe when trying to open NHLGames. That means you have to:
- Download and install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 or up
- Run an Windows Operating System older than Windows Vista: 7, 8, 10.
If you get an error on Windows 10 that says Windows Smartscreen protected your PC when trying to open NHLGames. That means Windows 10 is worried about NHLGames not being an official publisher on Windows Store. Click on More Infos and click on Run anyway.
