CAN Example - Many Modules Causes Failure

In brief tests of the CAN example using multiple modules a couple of weeks ago, they began to fail to communicate after a while.
Speeding up the rate of reading allowed it to continue functioning for the extent of the test.

Something we should look into at some point and keep in mind in case we get weird errors that look like modules stopped sending messages.
