SI is taking on this task of mapping. Reliant on #545. Will be using word docs to pull the latest text into the site, not formatted pdf used in Committee meetings.

*If we link to policy actions - we'll need to be able to jump/tag to subsections of the page (a little harder than unique URLs) - focusing the person and potentially opening up the accordion

Closing this issue as only references in on policy recommendation #658 not AA. WAs removed from sidebar in each AA page
