Describe the feature. What should a user be able to do?
User should be able to download or view meeting notes. Currently we are linking to notes on Process Details page. We are linking to Google Drive (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1YiAt9NMnkb3K82ZMofSKYCF6pwn1JA7L) .

This should be managed in another service with more account access. Unfortunately we are not able to publicly share from Sharepoint (https://mapc365.sharepoint.com/:f:/s/MetroCommon2050/EuovqqvdIMRDu8spXlFQ2WsBbpD6EA1vL-b238LSlOABmg?e=xic6o8) with out setting changes. Need to determine if EAC or CEAC will adopt a web project management storage tool that could be alternative link.
