Spooner not saving files

Hi, I've been using Menyoo Spooner for almost two years now to build maps and it never gave me any problems, but yesterday after I reinstalled the mods after I had removed them a couple of months ago to play online, I noticed that when I want to save a Spooner map it doesn't save and gives me an error saying "unable to save file", after doing some researches, I tried setting the menyooStuff folder to read and write using administrator priviledges but after I click apply it returns to Read Only and I can't save anything. Please help, how can I fix it? I have the latest version of Menyoo downloaded from GitHub. Thanks in advice.
