Inconsistency between list sort order and compression order

Describe the bug
When loading files into Caesium, subfolders with punctuation at the beginning of their name sort to the top of the list, but are left until last to compress.

Operating System information
Windows 10.0.19045 Build 19045

To Reproduce

1. Create a folder with two subfolders, _aaa and aaa. Put images in both.
2. Drag and drop it into Caesium. Note that _aaa sorts to the beginning.
3. Run the compression. Note that any files in _aaa are last to compress.

Expected behavior
I expected the compression to run in the same order as listed.
