问题描述
整套部署完先随便搜了个最近的电视剧墨雨云间，英文是The Double，结果死活搜索不到（添加了52BT在prowlarr可以搜到）,一度怀疑人生，慢慢熟悉排查后才发现是jproxy搜索时处理的问题，透传给sonarr的标题只剩Double，导致匹配太多无关数据淹没了需要的剧集，看了下源码，目前好像没有办法修改对冠词的处理

希望能够支持把冠词的正则修改；
或者简单点缩小下处理的范围，如果处理后只剩一个单词则回退

我记得没有对搜索的标题做修改的，只会追加TMDB标题做追加搜索，这个应该是 sonarr 或 prowlarr/jackett 去除的

大佬看下我的报修，现在title的正则里加中文已经无效了，感觉像是sonarr更新造成的。
