剪贴板里面的图片上传到了upload文件夹，但并未被索引到媒体库中，这对后续媒体的优化不利。

这个功能确实应该加上，我研究下如何实现，目前可以先在附件目录寻找 wp_editor_md_ 开头的文件进行管理
