Looking for maintainers

Due to variety of reasons I'd like to step away from the project, at the same time I'd like to ensure it can survive and go on. For this reason I'm looking for a person who could:

• review new tickets made by user, tag them properly, or get someone to help you with this
• review pull requests by contributors in code reviews
• test pull requests, or organize testers to help you with this
• manage releases and keep neat changelogs (we have automated builds via git tags)
• have project stability and compatibility as the top priority; feature requests should always come second
• uphold high code standards and naming conventions
• say no to ridiculous feature requests (such as frankensteining TR2+ features onto TR1 engine, or features that require backwards incompatible file format changes that only hypothetical custom levels could benefit from)

Things I want to keep:

• automated Docker builds and releases (you can add VS, but the project should always have working reproducible builds via GitHub Actions)
• clang-format or any other tool for automatic formatting so that the code isn't littered with 5 competing standards
• changelogs (no relying on git history! it's unreadable to the users.)

Things I don't want you to do:

• stray from the original game experience. We're not OpenLara. This project aims to be a very faithful rendition of TR1. The users should have the ability to disable any questionable or non-conservative features such as: death counters, compass stats, enemy healthbars, loading screens, savegame crystals, outstanding rendering improvements etc. This is for example why I never merged 60 FPS - even though it offered a 30 FPS mode, it wasn't polished enough to merge.
• introduce any Windows-only dependencies. Eventually this project should be playable on Mac and Linux natively.
• forcing developers to use Windows toolchains, locking out developers on said platforms.
• agree to hacks or kludges of any sort in the pull requests. Be uncompromising.

Just to say thank you for all you've done for this project rr-. You went further than anyone has so far, and it was really exciting to follow along, and at least support with some testing. It's something I'll miss. Best to you.
