If CastMate will ever be compatible with Youtube and other livestream services and softwares, the program must have its Point system for doing commands.

It also works as a way to regulate the commands' use without limiting the use for users and for streams.

As a bonus, importing the points from other bots such as Nightbot, StreamElements, Streamlabs and the like in order to not alienate previous users.
