Need a method for removing apps from Singly when the repository is deleted. #939

Apps continue to be available at Singly even though the supporting repository has been deleted.

I assume this is for apps under development, rather than published. Once published, they should probably stick around, but during development, one should certainly be able to clean up dead projects.

Should this be automatic (ie, when the repo is noticed missing during a sync), or manual?

Of course.

Instinctively I would say "manual" though I can't put my finger on a good reason for it to be that way. If the code is gone then is there a good reason to keep the app?

I can't think of a really good reason, though there might be a fun edge
case if you do something like change repo ownership. I think manually
sounds fine/easier until an obvious use pattern emerges.
