Steps to reproduce:

Run the application
Sign in to a "buyer and seller" type account
Click "Create Item"
Hit image upload button
Select an image

Expected:

The image to be uploaded to the form

Actual:

Nothing happens. No errors or otherwise presented or present in developer console
