Just ran into a bug I saw before. Then it vanished and now I have it on a different machine:

The size of the nodes is very small ( < 1 pixel?)

Selecting LINEAR or LOG doesn't seem to change anything

Can you try to reproduce this with the chrome debugger open? You can get this by pushing F12. I'm just curious if it's throwing any exceptions. Especially try this when you resize the nodes. Also, how far zoomed out are you? Can you try to zoom in while having this error, and seeing what happens?
