Description

Update the Snapshots section in the README with details on how to snapshot.

Acceptance Criteria

  • README is updated with detailed instructions to
    • Snapshot a node running natively/on docker
    • Import existing snapshots for a node running natively/on docker
    • Where/how to download existing snapshots from
  • Add recipes in the Makefile to assist with snapshots
