Error while installing #3

I am following the steps to install the tool and I got an error when installing the requirements; I don't know how to fix it, can anyone help me?
btw, I am using Ubuntu 16.04

Hi atrillos, have you solved the problem yet? It looks like pip is trying to isntall dependancies in the wrong folder. /usr/lib/python3.5/* needs sudo permissions to install into it. Try re-activating your virutalenv again and see what happens.

Hi again, yes I solved this problem. But when I continue with the installation, it appears another error. This time is when executing the python manage.py migrate.
