Save project is not working properly when no changes on project #1899

Steps to reproduce:

use attached DB dump
db.sql.zip
login as admin user
go to project name: project
select Project Details
click Save project

Actual result:

Expected result:

Save project was successful

vmazurashu added bug major labels
