Check for updates UI does not save checkbox state #1894

Steps to reproduce:

login as admin user
Configuration -> Main Settings
navigate to Check for updates section
select checkbox Help the project developers to collect information about which LibrePlan version you are using
click Save button

Actual result:

property in table Configuration is updating properly
UI doesn't save checkbox state

Expected result:

UI should save checkbox state
