Give bounding box and collision to spectators so they can only fly in a given zone.
Save the deceased's inventory to chest(s).
The deceased will auto respawn to spectator at where he dead and he can spectate the game after his death.
Players who join after start will be set as spectator. Those who went offline too long will also become spectator.
