Check for browser issues re clicks on lower band of task screen not registering #871

On a task page e.g. https://www.libcrowds.com/collection/playbills/projects/324/iiif-annotation (a genre transcription task) sometimes the controls (zoom in, out, move around) and/or submit button don't accept clicks. But you can tab to the submit button?

Check for interactions with browser plugins by attempting to recreate the issue.
