As reported via email this week:

I'm having trouble logging into the LibCrowds playbill site. I hope the following information will help you identify what the problem might be.

When I try signing in to the playbills crowdsourcing website I get an 'internal server error', something is broken message.

I've tried both logging in and signing over a week or so in and get the same message.
When I click on the Discussions thread my name 'Kathryn' is in the top right corner...
I do seem to be able to review / amend playbills but only as an external user, not via my account, so I'm not sure if my changes have gone through.

@harryjmoss do you have any notes on how you fixed this for her? And are there any outstanding issues to be resolved?

I updated pybossa to the latest release on the backend server (the existing version was over a year old) - Kathryn is now able to log in but it looks like it could have been a compatibility issue with the 'ecosia' browser, although I can't find any reference to it myself that isn't just an alternative search engine.

Someone else has reported this issue too, I've asked for more info to try and figure it out.

@harryjmoss how does one access the backend database? If I can work that out I could go poking around for myself.
