render() is returning unknown #3034

For classes that inherit from Application, FormApplication, DocumentSheet, PackageConfiguration (maybe others?), if they don't override render() in our type definitions, the parent render() is returning unknown.

For example, see almost anything in /tests/foundry/client/apps/forms.
