[Bug] Vector Reflection does not work at all as should be

I am gonna make this short and quick because the bug is simple and persists without any other mod besides this and JEI... So let's begin... The forge i use is forge-14.23.5.2854, AC version is AcademyCraft 1.1.3 and minecraft version is definetily 1.12.2.. The bug is following: Vector reflection, does not reflect any damage to enemy, it just makes you immortal and that's it, CP wont get used either or anything from being "hit".. Only thing that makes CP go down is time. That's pretty much the bug. You can easily reproduce this.
