Describe the bug
Daily forecast widget shrinks when exiting split screen or pop-up view

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Just put the app in split screen or pop-up view and then exit back to normal view (while on the weather screen)

  • Device: Galaxy s20 FE 5G
  • OS: Android 12 (One UI 4.0)
  • App version: v2.0.0

I'm virtually certain this is a bug in sizer, as it provides no refresh mechanism for screen size changes. Frankly, I would prefer if we phased out all sizer usage from our codebase, as I think the UI code should instead be made more responsive in other, more robust ways.
