One of the valid values in the Call field for OpenArray is an empty string. This occurs when a user selects to Omit a variant from the OpenArray software. Currently, this leads to an empty allele in the output VCF file, which is not valid. Instead, we should output no call, the same as when the Call value is NOINF or -/-.
