I've built the latest commit and the app is still very quiet when playing videos. It should be 2 even 3 times louder. I have a speaker wired up as well so my device could go even louder than that. Possibly even adding an autogain to the converter script.

Internal speaker is very quiet when driven via PWM to play back digital audio, and it has an awful frequency response. Other apps like wav player may play loufer since they heavily distort (hyperbolic tangent distortion or similar) the audio. You can apply amplification to 0 dB loudest peak beforehand. I don't know much about ffmpeg commands though, so can't implement it

I've rewired my flipper and removed the buzzer so it's been replaced with a very decent laptop speaker. Volume and quality is improved over the buzzer but it leaves more to be desired from both as it has a much higher capacity to sound better.
