Curators obtain edit rights on Screenings based on their VOTs. However, when a submitter sends in an Individual with multiple Screenings of which one is not linked to a variant, the Curator(s) for the related gene(s) can not delete or merge that additional Screening entry.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be good for Curators to obtain edit rights on Screenings that have no VOGs, if the Curator does have edit rights on the Individual.
