Query error in position fixing script

The position fixing script returned a query error, possible due to a bug in lovd_getVariantInfo();

Invalid datetime format: 1366 Incorrect integer value: '+?' for column (db).`lovd_v3_variants_on_transcripts`.`position_c_end_intron` at row 1

Looks like lovd_getVariantInfo() can return +? as a position?

I can't pinpoint the code responsible for this, there are too many possibilities. Tests trying to reproduce the bug have failed. Digging will take too much time. We either need better logging, or we need to forget about this issue.
