Seems like you are using Porting Lib Mod. Can you make sure you have the correct version of Porting Lib installed? I assume you have Create installed which includes these mod so you may also have the wrong Create version.

From the crash log port_lib$spawnDropsTAIL(class_1309.java:4201) -> spawnDropsTAIL does not exist in the 1.19.2 version of Porting Lib. Only in the 1.19.3 version.
