NuGet generator script currently downloads everything into a text file. Add conversion to sqlite database step.

1/9: Normalizing names. Testing output sqlite database with various queries.

1/16: Getting errors with some attributes (e.g. description). Going to look at later w/ Steven.

1/23: PR for initial version opened, needs a bit more filtering of what metadata we store to keep the size under control.
