比如现在带 25 年节假日数据就用 25.0.0 这种，中间小修改正常 patch，明年 11 月更新 26 年数据后就 26.0.0。
方便快速看有没有更新。

版本号是有官方规范的. https://semver.org/lang/zh-CN/
按照官方规范来比较好, 考虑得更全
