Complete #238 with list of past and present members

Context:

• @cimendes started compiling a list of LDSA volunteers on LDSA Website - About us section update #238
• we can complement this with a full list of past and present members, gathered from GitHub and our Slack

Action items:

• For each member (first and last name):
  • add all people that was active on GitHub between July-2020 and 15-08-2021
  • add all people that was active on our Slack in the last year https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1G-Li9z9v1wDlOZ76mj0vXa5gthFn-VHnunYe0lg_ZRw/edit#gid=1406864460
  • cross-check data (@cimendes list, GitHub list and Slack list all centralized on this spreadsheet)
  • create an issue to automate this in the future with a defined cadence
  • Optional: reach out directly to any edge cases
    Criteria for "active" contributor: A volunteer is inactive if it had no LDSA-related activity on GitHub nor Slack for over an year. We are considering data since 13-07-2020 (limit allowed by Slack as of 2021-08-13).

Acceptance criteria:

• All the action items were completed
• Issues are created and assigned for the following action items
  • Creation of database of volunteers + implementation of collection process and assigned AOR Database of volunteers #295
  • The Wiki is updated with DB info 📜 Update staff on the wiki Member Directory + AOR pages #237

@dominguezmaria what is a good criteria here to say a volunteer is inactive? (e.g. more than 6 months without GitHub activity and Slack activity and not assigned to an AOR on the Wiki/issues)

I think we could use as criterium to have no activity on Slack and Github for over a year (if we have a volunteer who regularly contributes with an SLU per batch, we don't want to consider them inactive in the meanwhile).
I'm for dropping the "not assigned to an AOR on the Wiki/issues" because if we just consider Slack + Github activity we can more easily automate this.

Actually the Slack part might not make sense. Someone might still be social on Slack from time to time but not actively contributing to anything LDSA-related. 🤔

And for people that are not instructors nor assigned to an AOR, however they might contribute from time to time... do we consider them active volunteers? Do we open a section for other contributors (non-regulars?)... how should we present this on the Wiki Member Directory? 😕

Agree with having a section for people who are not assigned to an AOR.

Most importantly, whatever solution we come up with must be easy to implement and maintain. And this is probably more important than being 100% correct.

So I'll still vouch for: we include everyone who was active on Slack or GitHub over the past year.

The data is gathered on the spreadsheet (GitHub+Slack) and I will be moving on with that for the Wiki update.
