This issue is to extend the server FMU to support Strings parameters defined in the XML file

ToDo

Add curl support for Windows
Compile server FMU binaries for Win32/Win64
Document server architecture and modifications
Add curl support for Linux
Compile server FMU binaries for Linux32/Linux64
