Bug: Help links on HASS.Agent lead to unexistent pages

Describe the bug
Help links on HASS.Agent lead to unexistent pages. Happens multiple times on the "Commands" menu.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Commands'
2. Click on 'Action' on the bottom left corner (Screenshot 1).
3. This opens "https://www.hass-agent.io/latest/setup/commands/" which gives a 404 error (Screenshot 2).
4. See error

This same link is also opened when clicking on the "Action" text in the "New Command" window:

1. Go to 'Commands'
2. Click on 'Add New'.
3. Click on 'Action' on the bottom left corner (Screenshot 3).

And on the "help and examples" text on the "MQTT Action Topic" window:

1. Go to 'Commands'
2. Click on 'Add New'.
3. Select a command that supports Action, e.g. "Custom".
4. Click on 'Show MQTT Action Topic' on the bottom right
5. Click on 'help and examples' on the bottom left (Screenshot 4)

Expected behavior
The opened page should be an existing docs page, such as "https://hassagent.readthedocs.io/en/latest/commands/actions-usage-and-examples/"
