Not adding to rtorrent

I have previously configured with qbittorrent succesfully but rtorrent is giving me issues. I think it's what I'm using for rtorrent_url:
https://user:(my password)@(my slot username).niagara.usbx.me.tld:443/RPC2 (using ultraseedbox)

The easiest way to get the port is from the ultra.cc service control panel. Click on show info next to the qbittorrent app and you'll see ip address, port, and login credentials.

I've put with info in control panel port and it give me an error when adding
URL: https://kenfabio.gandalf.usbx.me/qbittorrent
Port: 18191 (WebUI)
User and pass
