[Request] Add the option to set country of origin for TV episodes/packs

There are many TV Series spin offs -like for example Love Island, that all have the same name on TMDB. It would be very helpful to have the option to set the country of origin in the name ie Love Island US, Love Island UK, Love Island NL etc.

Apologies if this has already been implemented but can't find a way to do it, so please give us a shout if that's possible.

Good point didn't know that.

Thought tmdb used country code in name like tmdb.
