  • GPU(s) on Linux and MacOS
  • HDDs/SSDs on Linux and MacOS
  • Monitor(s) (?)

I don't have a GPU to test but I think lspci can do that on linux.
SATA HDD/SSDs can be detected by lsblk -S
PCI-e M.2 SSD may be detected through lspci
