Illegal Release Due to License Violation

Hi Kolors Team,

We noticed in your technical report that you used JourneyDB for training your model. However, the license for JourneyDB is specified as "Non-commercial Research" only, as outlined in JourneyDB Terms of Usage.

As a result, the commercial use of Kolors violates the terms of the JourneyDB license. This constitutes an illegal release under the current licensing terms.
