From a RHEL 8 user:

~/Downloads/kuadrantctl-v0.2.3-linux-amd64 ./kuadrantctl
/kuadrantctl: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.34' not found (required by ./kuadrantctl)
/kuadrantctl: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.32' not found (required by ./kuadrantctl

glibc on RHEL 8 is 2.28: https://access.redhat.com/solutions/38634
