In console, provide user assistance to installing Kuadrant's dependencies #14

What

In console, we want to provide some assistance to users when installing Kuadrant. In particular, we want to flag that cert-manager and Istio are dependencies that must be installed in order for Kuadrant to work.

This task needs some investigation to find an appropriate approach:

  • There may be a mechanism in Operator Hub already to flag operator dependencies already
  • If not, the console plugin UI may offer hints at how to install dependencies (links to docs)

Visual warnings, calling out dependencies & linking to additional docs as a minimum.
