Add namespace filtering for the topology view

The topology view at the moment is for the state of the world on the entire cluster. It would be nice to support filtering for a specific NS (although we'd need to think about policy interactions "outside" of the selected namespace too). For this to be useful, we'd probably need to:

• Filter nodes by NS
• Include ascendant/descendant nodes of those nodes
