Forgelin-Continuous

Shadowfacts' Forgelin is quite outdated and for future kotlin support, and some of new mods are migrating to latest kotlin versions, thus it would be handy to have it's successor, Forgelin-Continuous, to replace it and serving same purpose with latest kotlin support.

Note: I've tested with 1.47.0, and it would loaded normally without crashing.

What "new mods" migrating to latest Kotlin versions? I dont think E2EE have one of those mods.
