I would like to see an update in documentation regarding ethical code of conduct of the contributors, people should not be solving the problems identified by someone who raised the issue and is capable of solving the problem by own. One should preferably find or create issue who is not assigned to anyone
Additional information
Ethical Code of Conduct for Contributors:
Respect for Ownership of Issues: Contributors are encouraged to refrain from solving problems or issues identified by someone who is fully capable of solving the problem themselves. If a user has raised an issue and is capable of addressing it, please allow them the opportunity to resolve it.
Issue Ownership and Assignment: Contributors should focus on finding or creating new issues that are not already assigned. Before starting work on an issue, check the assignment status and avoid taking up tasks that are actively being addressed by others.
